4. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property and specific gardening needs. Additionally, clients must ensure that access to the property is available to Gardener Highgate as scheduled.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are to be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Invoices are typically due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
5.1. Fees and Pricing
All fees for services are outlined in the service agreement. Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work and any additional services requested.
5.2. Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional charges. Gardener Highgate reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are made.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel services with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed in accordance with the specific terms outlined in the service agreement.
7. Liability
Gardener Highgate strives to perform services to the highest standard. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Clients are responsible for securing valuables and ensuring that the property is safe for our team to work.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Highgate. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
